PayPal is the preferred method of payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, please contact me to make other arrangements. If you are a Virginia resident, state sales tax will be applied to your order. I do offer lay-away, please contact me for a payment plan.
Our jewelry is ready to ship right away, and will ship priority mail with delivery confirmation. If there is confirmed delivery at the address, then the buyer is responsible for the package.
Orders over $200.00 will include insurance. Please contact me if you would otherwise like
to purchase insurance.

INSIDE MY LOCKET is not responsible for lost shipments.
Please double and triple check your shipping and email address before completing your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
I do my best to make a wonderful and durable piece of jewelry. If you are not satisfied, please notify me for a refund minus shipping within 24 hours of receiving your package. I repair my own work for free for one year. After a year the cost is shared and it is usually minimal. One of a kind stones cannot be replaced.
No refunds will be given for customized, personalized or otherwise altered items due to their individualized nature.

How it's Packaged
Each piece of Inside My Locket jewelry is packaged with care, and sent in a gift box so you can gift it as soon as it arrives!
